Intimacy
Explore the intimate world of Close-up Macro Photography. Accessing the miniature can require very little investment and the
returns can be astonishing. We’ll discuss various macro
technologies—beginner through pro—and discuss the special challenges
of composition, focus, and lighting. Then, we’ll do some shooting in
controlled and subject-rich settings to guarantee you’ll
take home some keepers.

What to Bring:
--Writing material for notes
--For guided photo outings, bring along your camera and its manual,
your favorite lenses, tele-converters (2x, 1.4x, etc), extension
tubes, close-up filters, external flash units, reflectors, tripod,
sunscreen
--Consider knee pads or cushion to kneel on
--A few images representative of your work or of problems you're hoping
to resolve. This is totally optional, just to share and
discuss privately following the presentation. I'd love to see what
you've been up to! I'm not a big fan of the word "Critique" and
promise only gentle and constructive feedback.
